Executives
PRESIDENT
John O’Rourke is a graduate of Manhattan College, Bronx, New York. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance, and joined ICS Builders, Inc. in 1990. John has formulated the accounting procedures for the corporation and implemented a state-of-the-art computerized accounting system, encompassing job costing, project tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT: OPERATIONS
Edward O'Rourke P.E., LEED AP is ICS Builders’ Senior Vice President. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, Villanova, PA, and is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer. Ted has eight years of experience in project management, and in design and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Prior to becoming an executive with ICS in 2000, he worked as Project Manager, Senior Engineer, and Design Engineer at Harold Rosen Associates, P.C.; and as Associate at Syska & Hennessy Group.
VICE PRESIDENT: INTERIORS DIVISION
Joseph J. Loria has served as Vice President of the firm’s interiors division since 2002. He has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. Joe’s 30 years of construction and project management experience encompasses construction management, field operations supervision, and pre-construction services. His project expertise includes a cross section of industries, from healthcare and education to finance, retail, mixed-use, office, warehouse, and manufacturing.
