Serving Music Corporation of America (MCA) as General Contractor, ICS Builders built out the entire 27,000-square foot floor at 1755 Broadway for MCA’s Universal Records division. The project’s scope included construction of administrative offices, a recording studio and an audition room equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and highly-customized offices for the record label’s artists, such as Heavy D.
