Boylan Hall at Brooklyn College

Serving the City University of New York as General Contractor, ICS Builders erected a new addition to Brooklyn College’s historic Boylan Hall and renovated the school’s 30,000-square foot art studios. ICS constructed two additional floors above an existing six-story, brick and masonry, building. The team used an external hoist for materials deliveries. The addition houses classrooms and offices. ICS was responsible for construction of the addition’s structure, external walls, and all interiors, including finishes and MEP systems.
