Serving as general contractor, ICS performed a complete interior gut renovation of the 130-room Holiday Inn hotel in Phillipsburg, NJ. The project encompassed the construction of the lobby and reception area, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and all guestrooms. The ICS team also installed new M/E/P and telecommunications systems.
