Housing Works Adult Day Healthcare Center Clinic

Serving as general contractor, ICS Builders built-out the Adult Day Healthcare Clinic interiors for Housing Works, the nation's largest community-based AIDS service organization. Minority-controlled, not-for-profit Housing Works provides healthcare, housing, job training, and supportive services to homeless people with HIV and AIDS. The project involved construction of healthcare facilities, administrative and operations offices, a cafeteria, and support facilities. ICS also built Housing Works Used Book Café at another location in Manhattan.
